If repair is required, please forward your writing instrument or clock, along with a detailed description of the problem, include your name, address and telephone number, and a $10.00 check or money order for shipping and handling to:

For your protection please use a padded envelope or protective wrap in a suitable shipping carton.  To prevent leaking, please remove refill or ink cartridge from your pen.  To document delivery, we suggest that you use UPS, Fed Ex or USPS Express  Mail .  We assume no responsibility for lost or damaged shipments.

We previously distributed Waterford and Marquis writing instruments.  We are no longer the distributor and do not have supplies for repairs.
